Lloyd is Associate Pastor here at NEC and has been with us since September 2015. After serving at his home church (St Johns Church, Tunbridge Wells), largely doing children & young people’s work, Lloyd felt a calling to full-time Christian ministry, particularly in Wales.
This led him to study at the Wales Evangelical School of Theology (WEST) in Bridgend, where he graduated from in 2014. Lloyd spent 6 months from March 2015 serving at Emmanuel Evangelical Church in Newport, before moving to Mid Wales.
Lloyd preaches regularly and plays a big part in pastoral care and discipling within the church. He is involved in all the children and young people’s clubs and has a big heart for evangelism, spearheading events like our ‘Hot Potato’ evenings.
He is married to Nicola and together they have a daughter, Cadi, and a son, Osian. In his spare time, Lloyd enjoys sport and keeps himself reasonably fit. He is a fan of Swansea City Football Club.
Lloyd has less hair than our pastor, Tim.
